1 can mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. milk Salt and pepper 1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top chicken stuffing 3 chicken breasts, boiled in salt water, boned, skinned, cut in chunks Place cooled chicken pieces in bottom of 13 by 9 inch pan. Mix soup, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Prepare small package stuffing mix. Add celery and onion, if desired. Cover chicken and soup mixture with stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8. |
