MICROWAVE BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
4 to 5 pork chops, center cut, 1/2 inch thick
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Place pork chops in glass pan, one layer if possible. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook five minutes on high, drain off drippings. You may need to cook them a little longer depending on your microwave. Mix up remainder of ingredients and pour over the pork chops. Cover again with plastic wrap and cook on 6 or simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes. Very tender and delicious!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
