SWEDISH CREAM WAFERS 
1 c. soft butter
1/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. flour

CREAMY ICING:

1/4 c. soft butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix thoroughly butter, whipping cream and flour. Cover and chill a couple hours.

Roll dough 1/8" thick on floured surface. Cut into 1 1/2" rounds. Dip each round carefully into granulated sugar, coating both sides. Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet and prick each round 4 times with the tines of a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes until set but not brown. Put pairs together with creamy icing.

ICING: Cream ingredients together until smooth and fluffy.
