HAMBURGER RICE ONE - DISH MEAL 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery
1 c. rice
2 cans cream of celery soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans water
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger, onions, and celery. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in ungreased casserole. Bake 1 hour; cover with chow mein noodles. Bake 1/2 hour more. Serves approximately 10.
