6 med. Irish potatoes, peeled, sliced in half 6 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. Polander's garlic 1 tbsp. rosemary leaves 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 tbsp. Kikkoman teriyaki marinade 8 oz. white wine Boil potatoes until medium soft. Drain and place potatoes in large deep skillet. Add olive oil, garlic, rosemary leaves, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, marinade and white wine. Turn potatoes to cook each side. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally until potatoes are golden brown. |
