DRIED BEEF GRAVY 
1 pkg. dried beef
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Place milk, cornstarch and butter in a saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add dried beef and salt and pepper. Serve on boiled potatoes or toast.
