2 c. apples, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. nuts, broken
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine apples, celery, and nuts. Blend salad dressing, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Fold in whipping cream. Fold in apple mixture. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
