PEACH LEATHER 
10 lg. fresh peaches
1 c. sugar

Peel and slice peaches to measure 10 cups. Put peaches into a large saucepan, add sugar and bring mixture to a boil stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture into blender container and puree. Cover cookie sheets with clear plastic wrap. Pour peach puree onto prepared surface. Spread to 1/4 inch thick. Let dry in sunlight. Fruit is dry when fruit can be pulled off plastic easily.
