COLD PEACH SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. peaches, peeled, pitted & sliced
2 c. sour cream
1 c. orange juice
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Sugar as needed

Puree peaches in food processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except sugar and blend well. Pass soup through a fine strainer. Add sugar to taste. Serve chilled. Serves 6-8.
