SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. cold water

Combine above - stir until smooth - coat pork cubes with this batter.

1 lb. boneless pork, cubed
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 can pineapple chunks, drained

1/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
Juice from pineapple

Heat 1 inch oil (canola is best). Fry coated pork until done. Drain - keep warm in warm oven. Saute pepper. Restir pineapple juice mixture - cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

Add green pepper, pineapple chunks and pork. Serve over hot rice. Chicken can replace pork if desired.
