QUICK EASY AND GOOD CHICKEN
BREASTS
 
2 boned chicken breasts - pound flat (1/2 inch)
1 egg, beaten
Fine bread crumbs
Lemon slices
Sherry

After pounding chicken flat (about 1/2 inch) dip in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry three minutes on each side. Leave in pan. Pour little sherry over top and put lemon slice on each. Test for doneness. When done, place on serving plate and top with a few capers.
