RHUBARB SALAD 
2 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello

Cook until tender. Add 1 cup sugar and cook until dissolved. Add 1 (3 ounce) package of raspberry Jello. Let set in refrigerator until set.
