RHUBARB SALAD MOLD 
3 c. chopped rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Cook rhubarb with sugar and water until tender. Skim foam from rhubarb. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour into mold. Serve with cream cheese ball.
