STIR - FRY CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
3-4 tbsp. Viva Italian dressing
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. pea pods
1/4 c. chopped carrots
1 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. green & red peppers
1 sm. c. water chestnuts

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Saute in salad dressing then add vegetables and sauces. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes (depending on texture of the chicken). Serve on rice or by it's self.
