EGG NOG 
6 egg yolks
1 gal. homogenized milk
Nutmeg (to taste)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine yolks and sugar. Mix until blended. Add milk, mix well, add vanilla. Cook on low heat to avoid scorching. When milk mixture is warm, add nutmeg and continue to cook until hot.
