VENETIAN CASSEROLE | |
1 can luncheon meat (Spam, Treat), cubed 1 can minestrone soup, undiluted 1/2 c. water 1 c. lima beans (canned) Parmesan cheese Combine first 4 ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a very hot oven (450 degrees) until top is slightly brown, bubbly or just heated through, at least 15 minutes. This is good served with coleslaw or tossed salad, and you can have a complete meal. |
