VENETIAN CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken pieces
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 env. spaghetti mix
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 3/4 c. water
Garlic salt
Pepper

Brown chicken in oil. Put in shallow baking dish and arrange zucchini, pepper, mushrooms around chicken. Combine mix, tomato paste and water in bowl. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve with spaghetti noodles, green salad and Italian bread. Serves 4-6.
