VENETIAN LOAF 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 loaf sour dough bread
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. parsley, dried
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
Dash of salt

Slice bread almost through and spread mixture between slices. Wrap in foil. Heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
