VEGETARIAN PIZZA 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 env. dry Ranch dressing
Red pepper
Green pepper
Fresh cauliflower and broccoli
Grated Cheddar cheese

Pat dough into the bottom and sides of a jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cream the cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and add the sour cream and Ranch dressing. Spread over the cooled crust. Top with chopped fresh vegetables. Top vegetables with grated Cheddar cheese and cover with plastic wrap and chill well (overnight or a day ahead of time). Keeps very well in refrigerator.
