SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
1 1/2 lbs. med. mushrooms 1/2 lb. pork sausage (frozen in roll) 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. bread crumbs, seasoned 1. Remove stems from mushrooms, chop stems and set aside. 2. In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, remove to paper towel, reserve 2 tablespoons drippings to simmer mushroom stems about 5 minutes. 3. Remove skillet from heat, add sausage, cheese and crumbs, stuff mushrooms. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes. |
