2 pkg. (10 oz.) marshmallows
8 c. Rice Krispies
1/4 c. butter

FILLING:

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
3/4 stick butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Melt marshmallows and butter in heavy saucepan. Add cereal and mix well. Press 2/3 of mixture in cake pan. Melt caramels, butter and milk. Pour over first layer. Top with remaining cereal mixture. Refrigerate.
