AUSTRALIAN PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
2 cups chopped onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/3 cups diced tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
1 large thinly sliced green pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Trim fat from steak. Cut into thin strips. Brown meat, onion and garlic in butter & oil in large skillet. Add salt, celery salt, pepper, tomatoes, bouillon cube and green pepper. Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or until meat is tender. Combine cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce; stir into meat mixture. Cook until thickened. Serve with cooked rice or noodles. 6 servings.
