VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
Dash black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tbsp. dried minced onion

Blend together and refrigerate until needed.
