VEAL SCALLOPINI | |
1 1/2 lb. stewing veal 2 sm. cans stewed tomatoes 4-5 green peppers 1 clove garlic 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained 1 lg. onion Dash of oregano Cut up veal and brown. Put into crock pot or large pan. Best results is with a crock pot. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, oregano, and cut up pepper. Cook for 4-5 hours on stove in large pan on medium heat until tender. |
