GOOD KARMA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. spinach or vegetable noodles (4 c. uncooked)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 of a lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, optional
22 oz. can tomatoes, sliced or stewed, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. Fines herbs
16 oz. can or jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. cottage cheese
1-2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
2 tbsp. sesame seeds

Cook noodles and drain. Stir in butter. Saute onions and mushrooms, add to noodles. Stir in tomatoes, salt, pepper, and herbs. Add about 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.

Put half of the noodle mixture in 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon out cottage cheese to cover noodles. Top with some Cheddar cheese, almonds and sesame seeds. Add the rest of the noodles. Top with the rest of the cheese, almonds and sesame seeds, plus spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
