WILD RICE THANKSGIVING 
2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. wild rice, washed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 1/2 c. sliced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix everything together (it will look terrible!) Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until water is absorbed. Do not stir. Can make ahead of time. After baking it still looks weird (but not terrible) and it tastes great.

Use processed cheese only; regular cheese doesn't work.
