CARROT SALAD 
1 pkg. orange or lemon Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
About 3 grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins

Dissolve Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water; allow to cool. Add pineapple, juice and all. Add carrots and raisins; mix well. Refrigerate until firm.
