CARROT SALAD MOLD 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 c. water
3 1/2 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat and mix until dissolved the Jello, water, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add the pineapple, celery, carrots, and nuts. Mix together and turn in buttered mold. Decorate with carrot curls. The recipe can be doubled and it can be made 2 days in advance of a party.
