CREAMY CARROT NUT MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. HOT water
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, NOT drained

Pour hot water over Jello in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Gradually add Jello mixture to sour cream, stirring until blended. Chill until quite thick. Stir occasionally. Stir in pineapple, carrots, and nuts. Turn into mold. Chill 4 hours.
