RUSSIAN TEA CAKES | |
1 c. butter 2 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. nuts, chopped fine Sift flour and salt together. Have butter soft and work dough with hands, make small balls and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 17 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar as soon as removed from pan. Let cool. When cold, roll again in powdered sugar. |
