CRUSTLESS EGG CUSTARD 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Beat eggs well. Mix sugar and flour together and add to eggs. Slowly add milk and vanilla to egg mixture, stir well. Add melted butter to egg mixture, stir well. Pour into a greased pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
