GRANDMOTHER'S ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini squash
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves

Mix together in order listed above. Place in two large loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
