TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground meat, browned
1 can refried beans
1 sm. bag tortilla chips
2 avocados, smashed
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 head of lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. diced onion
1 sm. can black olives, sliced

Brown meat and drain. Heat beans thoroughly. Line microwave-proof platter with tortilla chips. Spoon meat on chips. Spread beans over meat. Microwave on medium for 1 minute. Prepare avocado with the dash of salt and pepper. Spread over chips and beans. Follow with the remaining ingredients layering each one. Enjoy!
