CROCK POT COUNTRY SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. country spareribs
Garlic salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. boiling water

Brown spareribs in oil. Sprinkle to taste with garlic salt and pepper while browning. Slice onions. Lay ribs in crock pot with sliced onions. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Pour over ribs and onions in crock pot. Cook on low 10-12 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
