TAVERN PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin (Libby's)
2 tbsp. melted butter
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. nutmeg
3/4 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients except milk. Blend dry ingredients with wet and slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Add raisins and vanilla and mix. Pour batter into greased muffin tins and bake in 375 degree oven until golden.
