BROCCOLI SOUP 
10 c. water
15 chicken bouillon cubes
2 bunches fresh broccoli, cleaned and chopped
1 qt. half & half milk
2 sticks butter
1 c. flour

Pour water and bouillon cubes in large pot. Bring to a boil. Add broccoli. Cook until tender. Add half & half milk. Turn down heat.

In small saucepan, melt butter and add flour. Add this to broccoli mixture. It will thicken some. Now it is ready to serve. Can be put in crock pot on low to keep hot until ready to serve.
