2 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400. Cook broccoli 5 minutes, drain well. Mix broccoli, onion, cheese and green pepper in greased 10 inch pie pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth then pour over vegetables. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
