ALL IN ONE CHICKEN | |
2 (3 lb.) chickens 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 (6 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/2 c. green onions, chopped 1 c. water Tony Chachere's Seasoning, to taste 2 c. rice, cooked Combine butter and onions; cook until tender. Add soup, broth, syrup, water and green onions. Mix well and cook, seasoning to taste. Add rice. Season chickens and stuff with rice mixture. Place chickens in roaster and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and brown for 15 minutes. |
