HAWAIIAN FRUIT PIZZA
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. each lemon juice & vanilla flavoring
2/3 c. sugar

FRUIT TOPPING:

2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can tidbit pineapple, well drained
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
3 sliced bananas

TOP LAYER:

1 (12 oz.) whipped topping
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix pizza crust ingredients together until smooth. With hand, press into large pizza pan and slightly over edge. Bake at 370 degrees for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Cool.

Mix filling ingredients together until smooth. Spread on cooled crust and chill.

Mix sliced strawberries and bananas with lemon juice, then add other drained fruit together and then place fruit on top of filling (save some fruit for decorating).

Gently spread whipped topping over all and garnish with extra fruit and pecans. Refrigerate. Instead of making this crust, you can use 1 (17 ounce) package Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough (at room temperature).
