FRUIT COBBLER 
1 can pie filling
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple & juice
1 box yellow cake mix
1 layer coconut, 1/4" to 1/2" thick
2 sticks melted butter

Use a 9"x13" pan. Pour pie filling to cover bottom of pan. Pour pineapple over pie filling. Put dry cake mix over filling. Put layer of coconut on top. Drizzle the 2 sticks butter over top of coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May serve with Cool Whip.
