SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 c. water (I know this doesn't sound correct, but it is)
1/4 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 1/2 tsp. dill pickle, chopped
1 shallot, minced
1 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. parsley, minced
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with tomato wedges. Absolutely wonderful!
