GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
12 red peppers (4 lbs.), cut in 1/2" squares
25 green tomatoes (5 1/2 lbs.), cut in 16ths
25 sm. onions (3 lbs.), cut in 16ths

Mix together and bring to boil: 3 lbs. sugar 1 tbsp. celery seed 1 tbsp. whole allspice 2 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper

Wash and prepare first three ingredients. Place in large pot and add vinegar and spices. Bring to a boil then turn to simmer for 25 minutes. Seal in hot jars and seal tops (boil lids 5 minutes). Makes 13 pints.
