MEAT MARINATE 
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour over meat and let marinate in refrigerate at least 2 hours. Good for 2 pounds of meat.
