KABULI MEAT (KOREAN) 
10 lb. Kabli meat (beef ribs or roast beef sliced thinly, vertically)
Sugar
1 bunch green onions
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tsp. garlic salt or to taste
Black pepper
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Sprinkle each slice of meat with a bit of sugar. Combine rest of ingredients, stir to blend. Put meat into marinate for one hour or longer. Cook in a skillet with sesame oil until browned. Or cook on a barbecue grill.
