KOREAN BARBECUE MEAT 
4 lbs. short ribs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 (1 inch) cube ginger, finely sliced or ground
1 tsp. sesame and cooking oil
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 stalks green onions, chopped

Slice meat 3/8 inch from bone, leave bone attached.

Combine sauce ingredients and marinate meat for 1 hour. Broil or barbecue to desired doneness.
