KRISPY COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Cream the first 4 ingredients well. Mix and add the remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Put 1/2 pecan on each. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
