CREAMY BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
2 stalks celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. uncooked noodles (2 c.) Note: I use egg noodles

Cook meat and onion until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in mushroom and liquid and remaining ingredients. Heat to boil, reduce heat and cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until noodles are tender, about 25 minutes. A small amount of water or milk can be added if needed to cook noodles until done. Makes about five 1 cup servings.
