SAUERKRAUT SLAW 
1 (#2) can sauerkraut, washed 3 or 4 times & dried
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar

Heat sugar and vinegar to a boil and let sugar dissolve and cool. Mix sauerkraut and vegetables together. Add dressing when it has cooled and mix well. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator for flavors to mingle.
