EASY ONE - PAN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can salt free tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 1/2 c. water or 12 oz. tomato juice and water to make 3 1/2 c.
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/2 - 1 tsp. basil
1 (7 or 8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Brown ground beef with onion. Drain off fat. Mix with all other ingredients, except spaghetti. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and stir occasionally for 30-40 minutes. Break strands of spaghetti and add to mixture. Simmer another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
