CRESCENT (OVERNIGHT) ROLLS 
4 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water

Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup warm water, set aside. Put 1/2 cup shortening on 1 cup boiling water. Add salt and set aside to cool to room temperature. Beat eggs and sugar. Add to water and shortening mixture, then yeast. Stir in 2 cups flour, beat well. Gradually add remainder of flour, beat well. Cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out 1/3 at a time in pie shape cut in triangular and roll up after brushing with butter. Bake 6-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
